This sauce is zesty and zingy and it’s amazing on broccoli. (Or on a spoon.) This is a taste-and-adjust recipe. Screw the bottom of the blender on tightly.
1 clove garlic
2 Tablespoons fresh grated ginger (or 1 Tablespoon dry ginger)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 ½ Tablespoon soy sauce
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
½ teaspoon chili powder (less for less spicy—this is spicy)
1 ½ Tablespoons water.
2-7 Tablespoons oil (I use olive oil, but grapeseed oil would work as well)
Blend ingredients in a Cuisanart or blender. Add the oil last, and only add enough to make it the consistency you want.
